This has been an incredible way to experience the full range of products. I initially started using them with the intention of supporting my body’s healing on all levels—and I came back for more. I can genuinely say they’ve made a difference. Despite facing some health challenges, I haven’t gotten sick once since I began taking these mushrooms nearly two years ago.

My favorite is Vitality, as that’s what my body needed most at the time.

Focus and Clarity were also very effective—during that phase, I was even able to reduce my Adderall intake. That said, I found it helpful to take occasional breaks from Lion’s Mane.

I’ve even given my dog a small doses of Respiratory to help restore his lungs after pneumonia.

Now, after a round of antibiotics and surgery, I’m shifting focus to gut restoration and two others. What I love most is being able to rotate products based on my body’s needs. I bought this for my elderly parents hoping it would enhance their health and stamina. They are 75 and 80 years old. They tried a couple different tintures for three days and had to stop using them because of very negative side effects. My guess is this is not for older adults who are taking prescribed medications. :(
