Shipping & Refund Policy

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed by weight and you are given the best option upon check out. We process and ship orders between 1-3 working days (Mon-Thurs) from the time the order is submitted. Most orders are shipped through USPS and you will receive a tracking number so you can follow the progress of your order. Most places in the US will receive their order from 2-7 days from submitting their order.

Refund Policy

Returns
We do not offer returns or exchanges on any of our products UNLESS you cancel your order or contact us before it is shipped out, or your product is damaged in shipping.

To be eligible for replacement of a damaged item, you must provide us with a picture of the package and product in the condition that you are opened it.

Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products

Refunds 
If you contact us to cancel an order before it ships, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 30 days.

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@feralfungi.com.

Exchanges 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@feralfungi.com and send us photo evidence of the damage that has occurred to your order.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once proof of the damaged item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund or exchange to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
