Mushroom Coffee

Our mushroom coffee starts with good coffee. Clarity is a Fair Trade and organic medium roast from Cascadia Coffee Roasters in Portland, made with U.S. grown fruiting body extracts of Lion's Mane, Reishi and Cordyceps. It brews like any other coffee, with notes of bittersweet chocolate and berry. The whole bean comes in 10 oz and 4 oz bags, so grind it just before you brew.

For travel, Myco Clarity Instant Coffee is our mushroom coffee made with Thump Coffee in Bend, Oregon, a 100% Arabica blend with notes of citrus, vanilla and milk chocolate. Every cup carries 250 mg of the same three mushroom extracts: mix 2 rounded scoops with 8 oz of water. These are the mushrooms in our Myco-Clarity formula.
