Cancellation policy

Subscriptions

When you choose Subscribe & Save, you'll receive repeat deliveries at the frequency you select at checkout. Your saved payment method is charged for each delivery at the subscription price shown when you signed up. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel it.

Changing or canceling your subscription

You can skip a delivery, change your products or delivery frequency, update your payment method, or cancel your subscription at any time. Log in to your account on feralfungi.com, or use the manage subscription link in your order confirmation email. You can also email us at hello@feralfungi.com and we'll take care of it for you.

To avoid being charged for an upcoming delivery, make your changes or cancel before your next billing date. Canceling stops future deliveries and charges. It does not cancel an order that has already been processed.

Refunds

Orders that have already been charged, including subscription deliveries, are covered by our Refund Policy.
