If we deny your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision.

Data retention and security

We keep personal information as long as we need it for the purposes above, including legal, tax and accounting requirements. We use reasonable safeguards to protect it, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

Our site is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
