Shipping policy
Processing time
Orders ship within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Every bottle is extracted and bottled at our facility in Estacada, Oregon, and ships from there. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves.
Delivery in the US
Most orders ship by USPS. US orders usually arrive 2 to 7 business days after they ship. Shipping options and rates are shown at checkout.
Free shipping
- US orders over $100 ship free.
- Approved wholesale orders over $150 in billed product ship free.
Subscriptions
Each subscription delivery ships within 1 to 2 business days of its billing date.
International orders
We ship to many countries. Rates and delivery estimates are shown at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes and import rules set by your country, which are the buyer's responsibility. Please check that our products can be imported where you live before ordering.
Address problems
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, email us and we'll reship it once shipping is paid.
Lost or damaged packages
If your tracking shows no movement for 7 days, or your order arrives damaged, email hello@feralfungi.com with your order number. Damaged items are replaced as described in our Refund Policy.
