Myco-Breathe brings together five species for the breath and stamina: Cordyceps, Artist Conk, Usnea, Reishi, and Chaga. We use whole fruit bodies, lichen, and sclerotium, domestically sourced and organic or wild harvested, and prepare them together as a spagyric tincture.
Suggested use: 1 dropperful (1 ml), up to 3 times daily. Start with one, which is enough for most people, and adjust from there.
Any time works. If you want a guide: daily through seasonal transitions, in water or tea.

Each of our formulas starts with an intention. Every mushroom carries its own affinities, and we choose each one for what it brings on its own and for how it works alongside the others. Prepared together through the spagyric process, the species support one another, and the finished formula becomes greater than the sum of its parts.
Myco-Breathe was crafted for the breath and stamina. Cordyceps has long been used for energy and endurance, Usnea and Artist Conk are traditional allies through the change of seasons, and Reishi and Chaga round it out with immune support.
Not a fan of taking it straight? Our extracts have a strong, earthy taste. Add a dropperful to water, coffee, tea, or a smoothie instead.

We start with the mushroom itself, U.S. grown or wild harvested, never mycelium on grain. A tincture can only be as good as what goes into it.

Alcohol draws out the compounds water leaves behind, like triterpenes and sterols. Hot water draws out the water soluble beta glucans. We run both, so the finished tincture carries both.
In the final spagyric step, we recover the mineral salts from the spent mushroom and return them to the tincture, so the extract is completed with the mushroom's own minerals.
Earthy and a little bitter, from the conks in the formula. Add it to coffee, tea, or juice if you'd like to soften it.
