Clarity is a Fair Trade and organic medium roast from Cascadia Coffee Roasters in Portland, made with fruit body extracts of Lion's Mane, Reishi, and Cordyceps, all grown in the U.S. It brews like any good coffee, with notes of bittersweet chocolate and berry.
Whole bean only, so grind it just before you brew. The 4 oz bag is a good way to try it, or to give as a gift.
